Well just saw a man get kidnapped. Also if a cop is in your face and is touching you it is still your fault, interesting.

So the cop aggressively approaches a guy amd makes initial contact all the while yelling, dont f touch me! Dont f touch me!

Is that the same as the contninued beating over the head while yelling....stop resisting! Stop resisting!

It's supposed to be some sort of buffer against legal action. Yes, that's how they justify doing stuff to people.

didnt a sheriff in florida just admit to telling his force to arrest anyone for anything or nothing at all so they could use them as a stepping stone to career advancement? yes.
