Update: The Liberty Preservation Act has passed the Senate Public Safety Committee...unanimously!

This bill has gone a long way to get to this point. If you want to see a major win in California, help call these numbers and ask for a yes vote on AB 351

I'd like to see ANY state introduce and pass a Bill that flat out prohibits NSA Spying without a Constitutionally Complaint Warrant. IE Persons to be searched and things to be seized.
