We all know who the majority of those write-in votes went to.

It is inconceivable they would leave Rand off. We need to start passing this around. Look! 3 years away and the media is already trying to ignore Rand. Why? Because unlike all the "choices" given in this poll, he truly IS for smaller government, he's not just using it as a talking point.

If I remember correctly, these townhall polls are just to collect emails for fundraising. They probably figured out that when they had Ron Paul on there, he got all the votes, but they never got any money from us. Maybe they've just given up wasting their bandwidth. lol.

lol! That is a very good point!

I remember this not being the first poll that Rand was excluded in that "other" or "write in" was the winner for ... does anyone know which polls and how many there are that that is the case? Would be a great thing to keep track of - would make a very interesting press release later on or something.

From that list either Cruz or Demint.

Thanks for posting this. I've been registered there for a long time, and I'm going to go give them hell right now. Rand actually has a lot of support over there. I hear a lot of "I don't agree with him all the time, but at least I know where he stands" from the posters there.

Hmmm, linky no work. Where is it? Are there comments or is it just a poll?

Exactly correct. It's just a gimmick to grab emails. The poll itself is completely meaningless. It's like when the Republican Party sends you one of those super-official looking surveys with a pile of questions and at the very end, "Woulllld you like to make a donation?" --- just a gimmick.

I can't blame you there. But I like to keep up on what's going through the minds of the housebroken republicans. And I do find news stories there.

The funniest and most ironic part being Townhall.com i.e neocon operation have used Rand's name and image to grab emails with banners to protest drones.

I gave 'em hell on their Facebook page. (Although I don't know why I should be so surprised. Dance on your strings, war puppets, dance!)
