A bot would just grab information and extract it for storage. It would be indexed for future searches (keyword or otherwise). No one would actually sit there and read it on a daily basis (as part of their job description).

There's nothing about the OP or title that I consider ambiguous; to me it seems clear what is being asked or stated. The way I'm interpreting the OP (title, thread, etc.) is like this: Let's say that an agent is reading this forum for NSA business purposes

If I'm making a mistake in how to interpret things that's a different issue - are you arguing that I have made such a mistake? How or why? (maybe I did and am not aware)

They have computers scan it for them, if the programs flag anything a low level agent looks at it, if they think it may be something they send it to a mid level agent, if they think it may be something they send it to a high level agent, if they think it is something then they notify their bosses who then decide if it is something or not. If they say it is then the person is closely monitored after that and/or the CIA/FBI is notified to see if an arrest would be appropriate.
