Edit: Liberty and Justice for Some is the most recent book and as Deficit noted is only $12. Make it happen! I just ordered mine along with Jeremy Scahill's latest book (pretty sure if these two ever wound up in the same room, Jesus himself would clear his schedule to listen to the awesomeness).
