However, this is yet another example of people writing about Ron thinking ron paul dot com is Ron's website and linking to it as if it were.

have any "official" Ron Paul sites sourced the interview yet? I suspect the answer is no. Clearly whoever posted this article is not following Ron Paul or they would know that ronpaul.com doesn't belong to Ron Paul. However, I do think it is important that this link was created and I am glad that a pro-Ron Paul site was able to get the link.

Perhaps Campaign for Liberty should consider posting important appearances like this on the front page as soon as the media is available. Surely Ron Paul's pr people had access to the recordings before anyone else did. At the very least, they were right there on the scene and could have quickly gotten a post production clip up on the site at the same time the fan site did.

Why is this not happening? I would think that is the more important question rather than trying to point out how people who don't follow Ron Paul news like you and I mistake the fan site for the official site.

At this point, it is not even possible for you to contact that site and say hey look here is the video clip at the official site, please correct your article.

confusion is a pretty big issue, to me.

ah, so this was released by his source. Sorry I confused the piers morgan interview with this piece. Here is the original source.http://www.the-free-foundation.org/tst6-10-2013.htmlwas actually hard to find it. So there you go sailing, you can contact that website and give him the original source.

I think it is an important issue as well. I try to stay informed. I think that RonPaul.com should source the original material tho. I was disappointed that ronpaul.com did not link back to the original source, but am not surprised considered the recent spat between Ron Paul's inner circle and the site.

Anyways, I am more than a little confused as to which outlet to go to for source material for Ron Paul's writings and appearances.

At this time, I can see at least 3 different website that can make that claim.

http://www.the-free-foundation.org/

http://ronpaulinstitute.org/

and

http://www.campaignforliberty.org/

I would be more than happy to volunteer my time to consult with Ron Paul on getting his web presence better organized and under professional care. In fact, I have done so several times over the years.

I am not saying that the sites aren't professional, just the management of the whole thing seems to be sorely lacking.
