If Snowden gets extradited back to the U.S. and put in court, I urge the jurors to engage in jury nullification, which is a legal remedy rooted in common law that can successfully render tyrannical laws powerless.

I was mistaken. I knew Denmark was also ahead of the US. Finland is the country I mixed up with Sweden, as Finland is ranked 9th in economic freedom to the US's 18th (Denmark being 16th, Sweden 30th). Though there isn't a big gap between the US and Sweden anymore, with Cato giving the US 7.69/10 to Swedens 7.53/10.

I would think Ron, but I could see Snowden not doing that, specifically to keep from involving them. It is a big decision to break a confidentiality agreement, and he expects consequences. It frankly should be a big deal. I just think what the government is doing is worse.
