What votes are he referring to?

He voted to reauthorize FISA in Dec 2012 (roll call (http://clerk.house.gov/evs/2012/roll569.xml)) and he voted to reauthorize the Patriot Act in May 2011 (roll call (http://clerk.house.gov/evs/2011/roll376.xml)).
