This guy's smart for doing this video. This puts him too far out there. People will support him.

TERRORIST!!!

Moon Bat! Conspiracy theorist!

Wait a minute....he's articulate, he seems intelligent. He's not spouting off crazy stuff, he's seems like an everyday american, who loves his country. But but but....It doesn't compute!

Agreed, the video he was able to get his side of the story before they turn him into a terrorist loving moon bat crazy evil person. Once they smear him, it's too late to get his side of the story out, as the media and public will already brand him as a bad guy.

This gets him out as a decent guy doing the honorable thing, as one social mediate site said the mentions of him are 30 to 1 positive.

According to Buzzfeed, a technology platform, the current numbers on Twitter of those calling Snowden a hero outnumbers 30-1 to those calling him a traitor.

FYI: There is currently a crowdfunding campaign for Snowden to "reward this type of extremely courageous behaviour", which has so far raised 3,478 US dollars.

Supporters have also started a White House petition asking for a "full, free, and absolute pardon", with 4,510 signatures collected at the moment.

The whistleblower is trending on Twitter both under his full name and his surname.
