This is hilarious.
David Young resigned as Senator Grassley's Chief of Staff to run for Senate. He's probably the establishment pick.
He was asked if he'd be more like McCain or Cruz and he says McCain in regards to foreign policy and Cruz in regards to the Constitution (implying McCain doesn't follow the Constitution?) and spending. He was then asked about arming Syrian rebels and says he trusts McCain's judgment. After being asked if it makes any sense to be arming al Qaeda, he pauses for three seconds and says "You got me" then says foreign policy isn't his focus.
