Tea Party favorite - and proud owner of a solar-powered home in Kentucky - Tom Massie tells Reason why new technology doesn't mean getting rid of the Constitution, why Washington needs more libertarian in Congress, and why the fiscal cliff deal was "a really big turd sandwich without the bread."

Approx. 45 min.

Pretty good. I would have answered some of those questions differently.

Great interview and it should be watched by a lot of people. I really liked the last part where he talks about how he got into politics and how he likes to keep his faith private. I have tremendous respect for both these aspects and I sensed a lot of sincerity in the interview in general, which I really like.

Watch, subscribe, like etc...

I'm not sure why Thomas acts like he is afraid to get in to the marijuana question. I think he could safely wade into those waters, at least on the penalization side of things.

Nick Gillespie claimed that Massie opposes the legalization of marijuana for recreational reasons, but Massie never really responded to that comment and said what his position on that issue is, except that it should be left to the states to decide.

That's not a criticism, just an observation.
