Syrian Rebels Massacre Christian Village
Written by James Heiser

While President Obama’s administration weighs overt military aid to Syrian rebels, the true character of the revolution underway in that country is becoming horrifically clear. Numerous press reports are providing details of a massacre perpetrated by the Free Syrian Army that annihilated the entire population of a Christian village.

Why is this not being reported by Fox? I'd presume the mostly Christian audience might want to know that and juxtapose it with McCain's recent holiday with these cretans. It takes the John Birch Society to get the word out.

The "Taxman's" arms are like tentacles, I've lived overseas for the past last 15 years and I'm still obligated to the man.

At what point will Americans wake up and hold these traitors accountable? I hope I live to see that day when these fools are hanging from street lights.

They're 'brown' Christians so they don't count. Besides, most American Christians are too busy fauning over Israel and God's 'Chosen People' to give a damn about anything else.

A lot of them are actually light skinned.

A lot of them are actually light skinned.

But they're in the Middle East, so they must be 'brown'. Hence the "''" around brown. Check your sarcasm detector. ;)

I urged Justin Amash on his Facebook page to introduce a bill granting asylum to Syrian Christians. We have the federal land to house them on, and we can offset the costs by cutting foreign aid.

I propose we accommodate them at John McCain's house.

To preserve Christians we have to let Christians perish.

Simple TARP logic my friends. Get with the program.

They should be left alone to figure out what they will do.Removing them from the region is exactly what the groups that are killing them want to happen. They have 2 options Или полковник или покојник.What they will take should be left up to them.

This was posted in other thread. McCain/Obama or all those who seem to be encouraging so called "rebels" in Syria who are attacking Arab Christian villages have no view of history, blowbacks and could be playing with fire:

Syrian Christian Villages attackers aware of "Ikrit and Biram" blowback history?

Unlike UK Christians, all Arab Christians of Mideast don't seem too inclined to turn the other cheek going by recent history at least. Reading news today of AlQaeda linked foreign sponsored terrorists attacking Christian villages in Syria reminded me of an article about some other Christian villages that were attacked decades ago and then were headlined again as name of the horrific terror attacks during Munich Olympics led by Black September leader Luttif Issa. This is not the "Operation Ikrit (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ikrit) and Biram (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kafr_Bir%27im)" article I had read around London Olympics silence controversy while ago but has some info in bits and pieces courtesy of google.

Both violent actions were horrific to varying degrees and should be condemned without equating them. History shows that violent actions have a way of creating blowbacks and evolving into so called "cycle of violence".

And all they left us was the church

"First we heard the sound of explosions. We ran to the top of a hill and in the distance we saw dust rising from Biram," says George Akl of the day in 1953 when he watched the Israeli air force, supported by demolition squads on the ground, systematically destroy the Christian Palestinian village of Biram in northern Israel.

Luttif Afif (1937? or 1945? – 6 September 1972), alias Issa (Jesus in Arabic), was the commander of the group of Palestinian fedayeen who invaded the Munich (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Munich) Olympic Village on 5 September 1972 and took as hostage nine members of Israel (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Israel)'s Olympic team after killing two who resisted.

Afif told the German negotiators that he had been born in Nazareth, to a wealthy Christian Arab businessman father and a Jewish mother. Issa was described by Manfred Schreiber, chief of the Munich police and one of the German negotiators, as "very cool and determined, clearly fanatical in his convictions".

Munich massacre

The group's most infamous operation was the killing of 11 Israeli (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Israel) athletes, nine of whom were first taken hostage, and the killing of a German police officer, during the 1972 Summer Olympics (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1972_Summer_Olympics) in Munich (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Munich). Black September's official name for the operation was "Ikrit (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ikrit) and Biram (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kafr_Bir%27im)", after the names of two Palestinian Christian (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arab_Christian) villages whose residents had been killed or expelled by the Israeli military Haganah (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haganah) in 1948.

Checking in for a flight has never been the same since 1967

"Habash's group, the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palest ine (P F L P), pioneered the hi jacking of airplanes as a Middle East terror tactic — one eventually employed by the al-Qaeda hi jackers on 9/11 — way back in 1968 when three P F L P armed operatives commandeered an Israel i El Al ai rliner enroute from Rome to Tel Aviv. Checking in for a flight has never been the same since.

Many P F L P operations remain etched into history as some of the most infamous acts of terrorism. In 1970, P F L P terrorists hijacked four air liners at one time, flew three of them to Jordan, blew them up, and triggered the Black September civil war between Jordan's Hashemite monarchy and Palestinian guerrillas. In 1972, Japanese Red Army terrorists working with the PFLP massacred 24 people at Israel's Lod International Air port (now called B e n G u r i o n International Air port).

What led Habash, a Christian physician — hence his nickname al-Hakim or the doctor — into such a life, of revolution, of killing? The son of a well-to-do merchant, he was trained at the American University of Beirut, the most liberal university in the Middle East then as now. His background was almost identical to that of his best friend, Wadia Haddad, the No. 2 in the PFLP and the operational genius and passionate proponent of the group's terrorist acts. When I asked Habash that question during a series of interviews many years ago, he simply told me about his personal experiences when his family lost its home during israel's 1948 War of Independence, what the Palestinians call the C a t a s t r o p h e."
