How is it easy to expose the fraud? AJ has a devoted following, most of which already would have known what was happening when Oreally did what he did.

The problem is countering the "hate speech" smear in a way that can reach away from the AJ camp, and into the Oreally camp.

Hey Bill,

Ever hear of the first amendment?

Well bucko, it permits people to say things you find offensive without fear of criminal charges.

I'm regularly exposed to opinions I find "offensive" yet I don't cry for criminal charges..

Religious, sexist, racist etc....they're all free to express themselves...

Just as you are.........You sniveling, oversensitive shriveled up piece of shit.

I would add: Bill O'Reilly is a bloviating, pious, self-centered, self-absorbed, egotistical shill.

O'Reilly probably agrees with communist Dicky Durbin: License journalists/broadcasters.

What is this O'Reilly's contrived attempt at deflecting the people's anger at the IRS to anonymous Internet posters that use the Web to vent their frustrations, hostilities, hate, and anger (while of course signaling out Alex Jones in the process)? What a complete MSM tool.

I can't wait for the NDAA/CISPA angle to this bilge (NOT).

Though I personally think Bill is purposefully attempting to lump what is namely angry-words and libel (including slander) into the legal term 'hate speech'. Sort of how they have also been working unrelentingly to redefine the legal meaning of 'terrorism' ever since 9/11. Hate speech can be a criminal act, while the former mentioned examples are more appropriately civil issues.

Example of hate speech: All Muslims must be exterminated with extreme prejudice!

Example of non-hate speech: I hate the MSM, SO MUCH! Especially that confounded Bill O'Reilly, wouldn't it just be so great if somebody mowed that guy down! Especially, while live on his sissy little show (that barely anybody watches anyway).

If Alex Jones is guilty of anything it is scaremongering.

Say where is that Andrea Mackris when you need her?

Facebook has an amazing feature where you can block people. Maybe the PC losers should try it sometime.

I remember, but it is becoming a faint memory, when hate speech was called free speech.

Well. There is a vast difference in the language of some of these corporate terms of service/policy and censorship only applies to the government. Government censors whereas companies set their editorial policies.

So if you look at facebook's actual policy in question they really aren't changing it. They're simply enforcing it. What they say is that you cannot post material that encites violence.

Of course, if you go over to Google+ it's language is different. It says that you cannot post material that promotes hate or violence.

So the difference between promotes and encites reflects back to a Supreme Court case named Brandenburg vs Ohio (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brandenburg_v._Ohio) in 1969.

Encites means that you are actually pointing out a specific target or pointing out something tht you want to have happen. Actual action.

Promotes is much broader because it generalizes "hateful" speech.
