U.K. mosque greets EDL protesters with tea and custard creams

May 28, 2013

A small mosque in the U.K. is being praised for extending an olive branch to protesters from the English Defense League, a group that has helped fuel an anti-Muslim backlash following the daytime slaying of a British soldier.

When a small group of EDL supporters turned up at the mosque, they were greeted by worshippers, including children -- some who held signs that read "York Mosque welcomes anyone who condemns extremist violence."

The mosque also had tea, biscuits and custard creams ready for the demonstrators, and invited them in when they arrived. After about 30 to 40 minutes of talking, the EDL supporters agreed to come inside.

The Guardian reports that tensions were defused following the invitation, and that the potential confrontation eventually gave way to an impromptu game of football.

I think there's an element of truth to the fact that the Zionists welcome a blood soaked 'clash' of civilizations as they see themselves emerging as the victor. Crazy of course but this explains people like Pam Geller and her like.

Perhaps so but moderate Zionists like Obama, McCain, Goldman Sachs insiders, Dianne Fienstein, Hillary Clinton, various lobbies etc have some role in US foreign policy, overtly deranged and fringe Zionists like Pam Geller or Andrew Adler probably don't get a seat at the mainstream wars/civil wars planning tables.

That said, what is going on in UK in terms of recent protests to some extent is a natural reaction of a prolonged and conflicted foreign/domestic policy that UK regime has been pursuing. Some Zionists may see EDL as useful ally or grossly distort facts in media to support their worldview but doubt they run the show in UK.

Pam Geller and the like are useful allies even though they dont have a seat at the table. They spread their poison and fears at conferences and speaking engagements etc. Who do you think funds her and her organizations?

She may not have a seat at the table but her impact is keenly felt.

Ok good point, hard to disagree with that.

It's probably a combination of carrot n stick for political puppets and fear poison pills in media to prepare the public for intended war mongering.

That's awesome!

Would that all conflict could be resolved in this fashion.

UK Media headlines today suggest that transient uptick in support for group like EDL is subsiding and their appeal going back down to a smaller hardcore elements level. News like these alongwith news of UK Veterans support group "Help for Heroes" rejecting donation from EDL will undermine EDL's appeal/credibility and encourage peaceful dialog among communities to resolve conflicts.

Wow, what positive and great news. Zioterrorists must be very unhappy about this.

Now, the peeps at the mosque and their EDL visitors need to dig deeper on who runs the "extremists":

'A friend of Michael Adebolajo' told the BBC that MI5 had attempted to recruit Michael Adebolajo six months ago.

It is more likely that Michael Adebolajo had been an asset of MI5 for many years.

When Michael Adebolajo was arrested in kenya, his family had been told by the Kenyan authorities that he would be hanged or beheaded.

But he was freed to return to Britain.

"The decision has raised questions over official involvement in Mr Adebolajo's release – and the true extent of his connections with the intelligence services since he returned home to the UK."
