Paul appears undeterred at his losses, with spokeswoman Megan Stiles telling Whispers "While the ruling is disappointing, Dr. Paul is excited to launch his new personal website on another domain in the coming weeks." She declined to share what that domain would be.

Since retiring from Congress in January 2012, Paul has been ever more in need of his own website, having launched a non-interventionist think tank in April and become increasingly more active in Campaign for Liberty, a 501(c)4 group he founded in 2008 to maintain the grass-roots support built up during his presidential campaign that year.

Looking forward to it!

RonPaul.net? .org? .gov?

he won't use any version of that because that would just build confusion with the site he doesn't own. It will be different. We'll see!

I am just glad they didn't announce it before they registered it.

if the people who own ronpaulDOTcom lived in my town, they'd be denied services from many locations.

Register it? Knew there was something they were forgetting...

His attorneys seem quite bad enough, but I should certainly hope this one will be registered, along with every version of net org etc. I just also hope he ran it by some marketing people, so we don't end up with 'Ron Paul's homepage dot com 2' or something.

Don't think he could get the .gov and .net along with .org are owned by the people that own the .com.

I can't see him wanting them for the same reason he didn't want dot org if the other guy had dot com, tons of people would even MORE mistake the main identifier, dot com, as his site building the other site, not his own. He needs to get all, or at least all the customary, domains for whatever name he gets.
