So if I"m reading this right, then if the deadline comes and goes, each community could rule whether or not to allow CC in their town or not? Holy crap that would be a s***storm. Either that, or this bill passes, and then the legislature has up to 6 months to add 'stipulations' to where CC would be allowed, which is an end around anyway because everything will be exempt.

I fucking hate living in this state.

He's finishing the ruin on mine, he endorsed Garcetti for LA mayor, so I voted for Gruel, but Garcetti won. (Gruel would have been bad too, of course. Top 2 voting means there was no GOP or conservative candidate for mayor)
