I do believe notifying that profit from a purchase going towards a donation is against FEC regulations.

TO be honest I think he actually supports Ron Paul, but he's just being cautious and trying to keep it under wraps.

So be careful, don't burn any bridges. Glen Beck is is afterall a Libertarian.

I have no proof but I suspect Beck is a phoney Liberterian. Like Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Bill O'reilly etc. are phoney conservatives or Neo cons.

It is completely legit under FEC Regs.

Well, it's difficult to tell with some of these guys. But it is important to remember that they all have jobs in the "mEdia-tainment" business.

Probably, deep down he would like to let out a huge "dean scream" in support Dr. Ron Paul.

As much he would like to he can't. Tucker Carlson was the same way, now he attends campaign rallies LOL

Hrmm, not so sure about Rush... I've heard him say "some" good things about Paul.

Sean Hannity and Bill O'lielly are both disgusting swine.

That jackass isn't even looking at what he's signing. Next time we should try the communist manifesto or some kiddie porn.

Hmm.... take a look at the bidder list.

I think there are a couple (or maybe just one) dip**** just bidding it up to scam the sale.

I would be SURE to get confirmed payment via PayPal on this one before I ship, if I were the person selling this...

FEC/McCain Feingold regulations serve to stifle the grassroots of any campaign, of any popular electoral movement.

If they came to arrest or fine us all, just imagine the class action law suit we would win and overturn that POS.

What would the title of the court case be? Hmm, The Unites States Federal Government vs. The People of the United States.

The bidding is up to $1000 on this.... way beyond our expectations! I love this movement!

An outside suggestion...If the sale puts you over your max donation, consider taking the rest for a good cause...Perhaps even contacting Glenn Beck to choose the Good Cause or taking one he preaches normally. Then, when you send the check, you can include the message:

'This check comes from a Glenn Beck via his signature of Ron Paul's book. Much love from your fellow American, a Ron Paul supporter.

We were talking about that earlier. If it puts me over my max, we may have to split it up between some others in our meetup to make donations. I was hoping that the winning bidder would just relist it and do the same thing we are. It could be the gift that keeps on giving. I like your idea as well though. We'll cross that bridge when/if we come to it.

Where are you getting this from - Beck has repeatedly trashed Dr. Paul and his supporters and I have seen nothing from him that remotely suggests he is libertarian.

Then, you must not have watched Glenn Beck much. Because, he will start most talks about Ron Paul or specific issues 'I agree with him on this'. Most of his talk against Ron Paul is the war and the 'security' factor, as well as the 'Blame America' bit. But, the rest of the issues, he is pretty much on board.

Beck (okay Beck, O'Reilly Limbaugh and Dobbs) are the classic propagandists. They preach against the establishment to gain popularity, but refuse to offer any real solutions even when one is available. It's a carny trick, to make us mad, and then steer us in the direction they want us to go (Hannity is the most obvious, he's got Rudy's buttstains all over his lips) In my dream world, the elections will not be rigged, and Ron Paul will win Iowa, Nevada, and New Hampshire, and ALL of their credibility will be shot to hell. I personally don't think we have addressed the voter fraud issue enough though, and the results will be similar to the iowa straw poll.
