This is why I don't think they should be able to hold shares in any company. It is a complete conflict of interest. I'm sure they would find a way around it anyway. I didn't know that they were shorting stocks during the 2008 event. Assholes. Tell me how that isn't a conflict of interest. Betting on the failure of the market while you are running the country. fuck.

47% isn't that many if the average age is 50 or 60 or so. I hope to be a millionaire by that age.
I'd be surprised if Ron's net worth isn't at least a million.
Edit: According to this link Ron is worth about $5 million so he's well above average net worth of Congress.
