So while they're lobbying to raise taxes on US consumers, they're feeding at the government troughs. Go figure.

Other states that have reached deals with Amazon were happy to defer the collection of their state sales tax in return for Amazon's commitment to collect the tax at a future date - in addition to the prospect of increased jobs due to the retailer's warehouses.
