is this FOX interview before or after what looks to be the rather arbitrary pot bust that was asked for
by eric holder and some of the coke spoon wearing political honchos around our Hawaiian born potus?

Does anyone else agree with me that Kokesh seems far more coherent in the OP video than, say, in this recent interview with Alex Jones?

I wish, after 3:50, where Juan mentions the infringements of the Heller decision, Adam would have said, "and at one time the Supreme Court ruled that it was acceptable for you to be a slave, but that didn't make it right, did it, Juan?"

District of Columbia v. Heller, 128 S. Ct. 2783 - Supreme Court 2008: (http://scholar.google.com/scholar_case?case=2739870581644084946)

... In sum, we hold that the District's ban on handgun possession in the home violates the Second Amendment, as does its prohibition against rendering any lawful firearm in the home operable for the purpose of immediate self-defense.

... The Constitution leaves the District of Columbia ... some measures regulating handguns.... But the enshrinement of constitutional rights necessarily takes certain policy choices off the table.

Jaun Williams seems confused, lol he had no idea how to really argue effectively against Kokesh.

You could say that, but hey, different strokes for different folks. Adam is speaking differently to another activist than he would to the MSM. I think most anyone would, either consciously or subconsciously, treat those two differently if they were to speak to each one. He was more gung-ho in the AJ video, obviously, but I don't think that means he necessarily improved his performance. He just realized, consciously or not, that he was speaking to two different kinds of people and so had to approach them differently.

The Supreme Court gets it wrong Juan. Dred Scott anyone.

That would have been a great point.

He also could have mentioned that the DC police carry a lot of guns... so if guns are really dangerous by themselves, then the DC police endanger the lives of citizens every day.

Mediawise, he's surely exceeding my expectations, and I think he's surprising a lot of people around here.

It's not guns that make LE such a dangerous threat to society. It is LE's immunity to The Constitution. They act without risk.
