It's not often you see this.

Cohen is asking about a pardon. It's a sensitive subject since Obama has a horrendous record on pardons and the pardons attorney is an authoritarian tool who seem to relish in turning them down and lying to the president....

He then SLAMS him on marijuana prosecutions and commuting crack user/dealer sentences to be more in line with cocaine ones.

This is a great slam against Obama's appalling criminal justice record and it came from a Democrat!

This is what the GOP should be hitting him on if they weren't also in the pockets of the prison industrial complex...
