The live free or die state again (Blue Hampshire).
How pathetic.
By the way she's up in 2014. Where's the NH GOP on this?

Seven Democratic senators on Monday urged the IRS to crack down on groups that organize as nonprofits only to engage in politics — an effort targeted at conservative groups they believe are abusing the law.
"We urge the IRS to ... prevent abuse of the tax code by political groups focused on federal election activities," the senators wrote to IRS Commissioner Douglas Shulman, promising legislation if the agency fails to act.
The New York Times reported last week that the IRS has sent questionnaires to tea party groups seeking nonprofit status in an attempt to ferret out any political intentions. The newspaper wrote that the IRS is also asking existing nonprofits including American Crossroads, a Republican group, and Priorities USA, a Democratic group, to explain why they deserve nonprofit status.
Signing the letter were Sens. Chuck Schumer of New York, Michael Bennet of Colorado, Sheldon Whitehouse of Rhode Island, Jeff Merkley of Oregon, Tom Udall of New Mexico, Jeanne Shaheen of New Hampshire and Al Franken of Minnesota.
