Our sensibilities used to sanitized war coverage may get offended by reading following report, but if this is even close to be being true and Obama puppet masters are funding child rapists and then looking the other way, being offended is the least we can do:

Worst of all, police commanders were routinely abducting young men and using them as “chai boys”, house servants who were also kept as sex slaves. In separate incidents, three of those boys had been shot dead while trying to escape. One was shot in the face and one was shot at police headquarters. When a fourth boy was shot, Steuber marched into the police chief’s office and demanded action.
The police chief first said that the boys had chosen to live on the patrol bases: “They like being there and giving their asses at night.” He also claimed that the practice of soldiers sexually abusing them was necessary.

Yeah, boys as sex toys is a standard part of Afghan culture.

Just ask "Warlord" I guess.

Ongoing child rapes on US funded police/military bases by men receiving salaries from US tax payers would not be standard part of US culture though, or would it be?

We are to mind primarily what we fund and enable regardless of what any culture does or does not on its own.

As one example, recently IMF chief banker had to step down once it was reported that he raped an African hotel employee during his NY visit. One could argue that lot of rapes take place in America every day but this cannot stand when it is being enabled by any official body.

Yeah, the corporate media has done it's job to make sure that the general public has no clue that this is SOP over there.

Besides, if you tell the average person it's not like they really care very much.

It pretty much takes a concerted MSM effort to induce people to care about any given thing nowadays.
