Time for someone to bring some barratry and racketeering charges. Righthaven wasn't simply wrong in its business model, it was deeply premeditated criminal activity.

I must be missing something? So they filed court papers attesting that they owned copyrights to another business's creative product, e.g., news articles, then why was the case not thrown out using an affirmative defense upon its answer, and why are its petitoners not facing some form of perjury charges or at the very least being fined for wasting the court's time?
