The Pentagon has unveiled plans to test “ray gun” technology on human-like dummies in order to see the effects of “non-lethal stimuli” on different parts of the human body.
The plans were announced by the Joint Non-Lethal Weapons Directorate Technology Division of the Pentagon, with deputy chief Alicia Owsiak revealing that the agency wants to “quickly collect data to understand injury potential” of various non-lethal techniques.

These include “electromagnetic radiation in the L, S, and W-bands,” essentially the equivalent of the ray guns of sci-fi legend.

And, as usual, the people will love them for it.

The point is that the times are changing. With the reckless abuse going on at the hand of many who are trusted with athourity it's time people started asking their representatives what their positions are on these sciences.

Too many representatives are given a free pass on not explaining their position and so then the infrastructure is applied.
