...Iowa’s RNC National Committeeman Steve Scheffler and State Central Committee member John Kabitzke, who represents the Third District, wrote on Facebook that Tuesday’s meeting was not legitimate. They believe RPI Chairman A.J. Spiker has to set the meeting before it can become official.

This blogger is very biased and I don't really understand what happened from reading it, just what he wants people to understand happened, being in favor of those who held secret, and apparently illegitimate meetings to elect their own people because they were the only ones there, from what I can gleen. Mind you, I'm biased as well, just in the opposite direction.
