I was watching a documentary on Rio De Janiero the other day that was pretty wild. I believe they said on average that two drug dealers are killed by the police daily.

As bad as it is here, I sure as hell wouldn't want to have to deal with the police there. Though some people here are fine with police using armed drones as if something similar will not one day occur.
