Does Sanford really have any chance at all to win at this point? Are there any internal polls or other polls that show the race tightening? The last poll I saw showed Sanford down by 9. That was a PPP poll, which is Democratic leaning. But, I don't think that PPP is going to be off by more than 4 or 5. It's very unlikely that they would be off by 9 points.

I think he does. Look at the turnout numbers in the D primary vs. the R primary and that tells the real story. Sanford had like triple what Colbert's sister had.

This, Sanford in a what, 16 way primary got more votes than Colbert did in hers where she got 95% of the vote.
