Investigation.

Failure.

Read a couple of stories (Google news),, only after wasting resources, falsely accusing and smearing one man they find who sent the letters..

But they still have NOT concluded that it was Ricin (and I doubt it was).
Ground up Castor Beans are NOT Ricin,, though they will test positive.
This guy does sound like an ass,, but still deserves a day in court.

New arrest. Different guy. The body part conspiracy guy was (allegedly) framed by this other guy.
