Yes, there is. The man who was carjacked survived. He stated that the two admitted to the bombing and other witnesses said they threw homemade bombs towards the police. They are on camera at various places. It's pretty well established. My thing is whether the FBI had prior knowledge of this plot or even had a hand in it. (an informant putting the plot into their mind)
