After all, some prisoners are smoking crack and shooting heroin.

Can't keep it out the prisons, yet I suppose we turn the country into a prison it may work...... :rolleyes:

I saw them. Whether or not that was fabricated or not (the inmate walking around downtown New Orleans) There is a video out there.

War on "drugs", "terror", "poverty","hunger", "racism", "religion", etc...

For a bunch of predominantly lazy and unproductive government employees they sure manages to suck tax-dollars waging their various "wars"...
