Walks out, pays his tab, and leaves. Off duty cops are prohibited from bringing their weapons into such establishments. He also most likely drove home drunk. The punishment? Three days paid vacation.

His chief says this guy has exceptional character. A year ago, the two of them and some other off-duty cops refused to pull over after being caught speeding, leading to a police chase. When over, Mr. Discharge got out of the car and told the arresting office that he needed to get a life.

lol... Report says his glock 'accidentally fired'

First rule in firearms safety: "TRIGGERS DO NOT PULL THEMSELVES, DUMBASS!"

Its really to bad that this didn't happen in NY city. Then him and Plexico Burress (sp?) could share prison stories.

I somewhat doubt that. Cops are a speical kind of citizen.

Oh I know but so do football players. It would have been the highlight of my day to see that scumbag asshat up there explain why a cop has different rules then a nfl football player.

Indeed... discharging one's gun in a strip club does happen :p Firearms are a different story... dude should get charged with negligent discharge... oh wait... that could also apply to discharging his gun as well as the firearm

In all seriousness, cops should not have immunity. If a cop walks into a store bathroom and discharges a round, he should be held criminally and/or civilly responsible.

wtf is the infatuation with strip clubs? I know you pay for it one way or the other, but i've never been a fan; i'd rather just go get laid by a pretty lady than pay to watch her dance naked. And if you do it right, she'll dance naked for free...

Strip clubs are nasty places, I would never visit one of those. I'll take what i read here with a pinch of salt.
