Some people have come up with a great visual representation of the "known" drone strikes in Pakistan.
They say less than 2% of victims have been "high value targets". there are a lot of "military combatants" - meaning any male aged between 15-40.
A total about 3000 have died, among which only 47 were HVTs.

you might be amazed at how the strikes have increased in 2008 and certainly so after the great Nobel Peace Prize winning came into office in 2009.

Unless you or one of your family members gets killed in a cafe then there will be no million dollars given out. He was smart enough to make sure he said "in a cafe," the little bastard.

My previous thread bumped was referring to this one.

If you remember who posted the Guardian infographic showing various spying programs, please bump. It was a thread about a year ago with a cartoon where if you scrolled over the various communications explanations and project names were given.

It's what I was looking for when I found/remembered this thread.
