Alot easier said then done. Do you know how expensive organic is? Grass fed beef or free range chicken. I do because we've been mostly organic for about a decade. Never goes on sale and there are never coupons. We are blessed to have a decent income and have a rather large garden which helps in season. We're also fortunate to live in a heavily populated Amish region. That's where we get our eggs, beef and chicken. Anyways people less fortunate cannot, no way no how, afford to eat orgainc on a daily basis.

I firmly believe that GMO's are responsible for the significant increase in asthma, gastrointestional disorders, and allergies especially gluten and lactose. Our bodies don't recognize these altered foods and therefore can't process them. Soy, corn and wheat are the worse.
