Is it my imagination, or was her bizarre "raped twice" statement some sort of passive-aggressive come-on to Mitch McConnell? It sure read that way!

I don't get how the media ignores her absurd comments. She makes Akin and Mourdock's missteps look like nothing.

Has it occurred to you that most members of the media agree with her views?

Yeah, I understand that to an extent. But there just as scientifically ignorant.

Bummer. Are her supporters gonna have a special event at a 20,000 seat arena, to come together in celebration of tyranny?

Shucks. :(
She would have gotten slaughtered anyway and drawn in a lot of idiot's money from other races.

Unlike Ashley Judd and unlike Rand Paul, Larry Flynt IS a Kentucky native.

He was reportedly "born again", then chucked it for Atheism.

Entrepreneurial? Check. Practical experience? Check. Management skillz? Check. Balls? Check.

Yeah, I'd pay to see Larry Flynt's brand of free-marketry go fifteen rounds with the Randall-Mitchell model.

Would it not be good for Rand's career (therefore Liberty, right?) for Mitch McConnell to LOSE, and for Rand to "suddenly" be the SENIOR SENATOR FROM KENTUCKY? Could Minority Whip be far behind?

I guess she stopped reading liberal blogs and took at look at the real world.

A Big Announcement (http://www.lewrockwell.com/blog/lewrw/archives/134672.html)

The mainstream media just can't stop talking about how the actress Ashley Judd has decided NOT to run for the U.S. Senate in Kentucky. They are now writing long frontpage articles about WHY she decided not to run against Mitch McConnell. (My guess is that it was that picture of her on the Web with one boob hanging out).

So I have an announcement to make: I, too, will NOT be running for the U.S. Senate in Kentucky.

For the record, neither will I!

UPDATE: Mike T. writes that he doesn't see how a picture of Ashley with a boob hanging out would disqualify her from running for the U.S. Senate. After all, says Mike, she would be right at home with 534 other boobs hanging out.

What do you mean?

He would have had an embarrassingly easy re-election campaign - provided he makes it past the primary, of course.

I don't know much about Ashley Judd except that she likes to get naked in movies.

I don't know. Ashley Judd would've been able to raise and spend a lot more money than whoever McConnell ends up running against.
