View Full Version : Missouri DOR Took DHS $ for Illegal Implementation of REAL ID Act How About Your State?

What happened in Missouri needs to be brought to the attention of people in any state that has laws against the Real ID Act.

After changing their story several times the Director of MO Dept of Revenue finally acknowledged taking DHS grant money for biometric identification.

Unfortunately, most (if not all) the states who opted out of Real ID also took DHS grant money and have been working towards the implementation of the Real ID benchmarks.

Is your state guilty of sneaking this implementation in without the knowledge or consent of the citizens? If so, you have a fight on your hands to undo the damage already caused.
