Support H.R. 75 to Get US out! of the UN (https://www.votervoice.net/JBS/Campaigns/30420/Respond)

This year Rep. Paul Broun (R-Ga.) reintroduced the bill that Ron Paul had introduced many times under the number H.R. 1146. This time its number is H.R. 75 (http://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/113/hr75). Help keep America independent. Contact your representative and ask him or her to co-sponsor H.R. 75. Ask your senators to introduce a companion bill in the Senate.

Example Letter:

Please read a new article, “United Nations: On the Brink of Becoming a World Government (http://www.thenewamerican.com/world-news/item/13126-the-united-nations-on-the-brink-of-becoming-a-world-government)” at

The last thing we need at this time is to lose our national sovereignty to a UN world government. This would mean losing our national independence and personal freedoms.

Please work to pass H.R. 75, the “American Sovereignty Restoration Act of 2013,” a bill that would end the membership of the United States in the United Nations, in both the House and Senate.

Among other reasons for withdrawing our nation’s membership in the United Nations are two very important ones as of 2013: Agenda 21 and the Law of the Sea Treaty (LOST).

Getting out of the UN would help curtail U.S. involvement in the implementation of the UN’s Agenda 21, which in turn would help preserve our individual rights, especially private property rights, as well as our form of limited government under the Constitution. in fact, Section 8 of H.R. 75 would repeal the United Nations Environment Program Participation Act of 1973, thus freeing us from participation in UN environmental programs.

Regarding the Law of the Sea Treaty (LOST), Section 10 of H.R. 75 would “end any and all participation in any and all conventions and agreements with the United Nations and any organ, specialized agency, commission, or other formally affiliated body of the United Nations.” Thus passage of H.R. 75 would prevent the Senate from ratifying LOST, or if LOST would be ratified before the passage of H.R. 75, then Section 10 would guarantee that we would end all participation in LOST.

Please do work to pass H.R. 75 to get the United States out of the United Nations in both House and Senate. Our national independence and personal freedoms depend on it.

I'm being told on twitter that an amendment to the budget in the Senate that PASSED is an opt out of the UN gun treaty, which would send it to the House. Controlled by GOP the House has no excuse to NOT pass it if it is true. It was supposed to have been introduced by Sen. James Inhofe
