It says in the zerohedge article that they are planning to have a vote again on weather or not to take a portion of the deposits out of the peoples accounts. Here's hoping the government does the right and thing and votes NO again. It must be infuriating to them to have a foreign bank have the ability to come in and take their hard earned money as a condition to print more money out of thin air and loaned to their banks.
