United States Attorney Barbara L. McQuade said that Zajac and Stewart were charged in a bribery and kickback conspiracy involving over $200 million in investments in two City of Detroit pension funds.

Zajac and Stewart face up to 20 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000 if found guilty.

Pretty cheap fine for that kind of conspiracy. Shouldn't the fine be more than they profitted? WTF?
