The 2014 National Convention for the Libertarian Party will also be held in Columbus, in the summer.

Maybe you could ask them to stop running candidates against Amash and other liberty minded congressmen or indeed Rand himself if he wins the 2016 GOP nomination?

Libertarian's also took votes from Mia Love in Utah if I remember correctly. She lost by a point.

Heck Gary Johnson will probably run again in 2016 as a libertarian...

I like the way they're now calling them 'Lincoln-Reagan' dinners.

I would certainly like to do that. It ticks me off when they run against liberty candidates or quasi-liberty candidates and then hand the election to a MUCH worst Big-Government statist Democrat.

They need some sort of system where they can vote on the central committee to not run a candidate in a specific race if they have some sort of 'pact' with them and they meet a litmus test.

This needs to be done because it's costing seats and one of these days it will cost us big time.

Democrats are pumping them up in some races with mailers like in Montana saying the libertarian is the true conservative. I think it cost Rehberg but i dont really care about him.

I don't ever foresee a Libertarian or Constitution Party member (or any other third party candidate other than an independent) getting elected to the US House or Senate. Hell they haven't even had a state legislator since 2000. We live in a two party system, like it or not. Hell, Ron Paul has done more for the cause of libertarianism in 4 years than the LP did in its ENTIRE 40 year existence.

I do support the RLC and the Ron Paul strategy of "taking over" the Republican Party.

I don't ever foresee the LP or CP being viable. Without money, you lose in politics. Plain and simple as that.

Great, another worthless vanity run. I'm overjoyed.

Tickets are $100

Might be worth it to get a picture with Rand, but that's a lot of dough.
