The news story is from L.A. but the lady is from detroit. Is it old? It was tweeted today and I didn't see a date.

There simply has to be new laws or civil repercussions when judges, bureaucrats, and law enforcement act to cause something like this. For good and common people to have to continually fight the system like this is unconscionable.

Godboldo case IIRC.

Yes, MaryAnne Godboldo

CCHR presented one of its annual human rights awards to Ms. Maryanne Godboldo. Previous award winners include doctors, state and federal legislators, whistleblowers, attorneys, human and civil rights activists and parents such as Maryanne, who have turned their personal battles to protect their children into a crusade for children’s rights.

Unfortunately, that day is coming, and there will be a great deal of unpleasantness.

I just read in one of the Ron Paul forum threads about a bounty being placed to get children on drugs. I think it was $400.00 and they already had over 10% of the children locked in.

Yup.

The feds give an extra $400 bucks to a local school for every ADHD kid.

Story from 2011 in Detroit. http://detroit.cbslocal.com/tag/maryanne-godboldo/

It sounds like the SWAT was called in after she fired a weapon from the house.
SWAT was not sent in simply because she (rightfully) refused to give her child the medication.

A SWAT team then descended on the 56-year-old woman's house with a tank and automatic rifles after she was accused of firing a gun at police officers.

So what came first, the chicken or the egg? Was she firing at random cops on the sidewalk and they decided to probe a little deeper and found out that she wasn't giving her daughter "court ordered" psych drugs and called the SWAT or were the cops there to ask her why she wasn't giving her daughter "court ordered" psych drugs and when she refused to cooperate they called in the SWAT? I assure you it's the latter. She didn't shoot at the cops, they were trying to take her freedom and she resisted. When you attempt to steal others freedom you have to expect a reaction and sometimes the reaction comes at hundreds of miles an hour.

Ill never understand why you always jump in to defend the state on every thread. This whole thing could have been avoided if the state would have minded their own business but they didn't did they? And then when they come to get your over what amounts to their opinion of the way you live your life and someone resists, its the resistance's fault? Is that what your saying?

From the article:

The girl had been home-schooled by her mother but wanted to start going to a regular school, which required her to take a number of immunisations, reports Prisonplanet.com.

The girl then suffered adverse reactions to these shots and her mother was told to put her on a prescribed pyschotropic drug.

She began acting out of character, being irritated, having facial grimaces that have been associated with immunisations,' the child's aunt, Penny Godboldo, told the Detroit News

The mother at first took the advice of doctors and gave Ariana the medication, Risperdal, but stopped after she said it was making her daughter's condition worse.

Maor of those all too often heard about but exceedingly rare Adverse Reactions to immunization(vaccine) shots.

And what was the upshot of defending your child from state CPS goons?

The case against her has brought national attention, but 36th District Court Judge Ronald Giles has dismissed all criminal charges against Godboldo.

Actually, the whole grant-bonus system is flawed, no matter which way it's applied, because the school officials will cook the books in any old direction to get those fed funds.

"Oh, they're giving $600 for every A student? Let's set up special study groups where we drill the kids on past standardized exams, so they pass the new tests without really knowing how to do anything except parrot answers."

I did say that she had the right not to give the child the medication.

because she (rightfully) refused to give her child the medication.

I would agree that CPS should not have been there but it would not have gone SWAT without her firing a gun. It sounded like SWAT and their tank were sent in the same time as CPS due to her refusal according to the headline. That is the part my comment was directed at.

The identified and drugged kids shot up after that, predominantly male.

Because little boys who have a hard time sitting still in school must have ADHD.

Nah,

Free stuff is still coming down the pike...

Only when the free stuff stops will folks realize it's way past time...

Then what?
