4th Amendment? We Don’t Need No Stinkin’ 4th Amendment

Police may solemnly swear to support the Constitution of the United States, but this is increasingly a meaningless formality for many of them.

For instance, a couple cops in Dallas County, Texas, arrived at Jon Locke’s home to serve an arrest warrant on his brother, who wasn’t there. Mr. Locke wasn’t home either, but instead of coming back at a later time when somebody was home and asking about the brother, the police took it upon themselves to violate the Fourth Amendment and rifle through the homeowner’s possessions. They went so far as to enter his home without a search warrant.

When you have absolutely no Privacy, they WILL find something to charge you with. Oh lookie, expired prescription medication.

Oh lookie, this person speaks against the Govt having unlimited power? He's obviously a fucking terrorist! Then that person gets arrested, but is afforded no Rights, no Trial what so ever, no Legal Council, nothing. They just vanish into the "system. They just arrest them, and with the label of Terrorist slapped on them, and think that because they've slapped that Label on them, they dont need to respect their rights and ship them straight to Gitmo. You know, Gitmo, where our current Pres won the Nobel Peace Prize for saying he was gonna shut it down, then didnt.
