The two times I've had accounts closed, I had daily #1 rated videos with NO copywritten material. I did a *great* story exposing a media coverup of a police beating. They let the video stay up for a day, then they pulled the video and closed my account. I DID NOT CLOSE IT and neither did AOLExposed.

The user closed his own account. Google owns YouTube, and Google employees are the top contributor to Ron Paul's campaign. I am 101% positive they have nothing to do with this.

YouTube closes accounts by the bushell when they don't like the videos posted. It happens all the time. It personally happened to me and about 30 other accounts back in September when we tried exposing a police brutality video (which I guarantee none of you here heard of).

Well, this story seems pretty fishy and a tad sensationalist.

The user "AOLExposed" joined on November 22, 2007 (yesterday) and closed his/her account today. He/she only uploaded one video ("AOL Caught Fixing Their Poll!"). Why would someone create an account specifically for one video, and close it the very next day? And from the looks of it, only 200+ people viewed the video. I'm guessing mostly Ron Paul supporters since it was posted in this forum. My question is, what was the user's intent? Making Ron Paul supporters look like a bunch of conspiracy kooks? :confused:

Paul eventually got to number one in the poll, which wouldn't have happened if it was fixed.

The periodic jumps are normal for a poll hosted on multiple proxies -- you have to periodically add in the votes from the other proxies to keep them all synced.
