Because men are typically larger than women, so women that want to be men tend to get larger any way they can and men that want to be women tend to not buff up and to go anorexic.

grant for the study in 2011, followed by a $741,378 grant in 2012, totaling $1,520,000. The project has the potential to be a five-year study. They're not done... with a possibility of 3 More years of funding. Washington DC is outta control on all fronts
