best to goto standard protocol and give the 2 officers paid leave (vacation) till the investigation determines what happened (code word for act like your doing something till the people lose interests, then bring them back on the force)

Wait, he currently sits in matrimonial court in Jamaica? Does that mean he's a Jamaican divorce judge? If so, I don't think he'll have much influence in NYC.

THat is what I was wondering, what is NYS doing with a judge in Jamaica? Too many of "their" citizens trying to flee their jurisdiction?
