Right at the top of the show he talked for several minutes about Rand's filibuster and the importance of due process and was very grateful for the stand that Rand took, the studio audience then broke out into applause. Someone post a video here if anyone happens to come across it.

It's funny that lots of people here bash Fox News, but there sure seem to be lots of us watching it. I actually like the network, haha.

Yep, Rand is quite the piece of work. First, he gives libertarianism prestige by making it to the Senate. Next, he wins acclaim for strong stances on fiscal and gun matters. Finally, he shoots into celebrity greatness status for everyone who fancies themselves as a conservative and/or liberty minded republican by filibustering for due process. He also receives esteem from many of his colleagues and anyone who matters in the conservative media. Then to top it off, the likes of McCain and Graham open their mouths and solidify him as the new deity in the GOP. #LibertyIsRising

That's my favorite part :D. AND it sends a message to the next establishment neocon that they better keep their mouths shut or they'll be the next one hoisted up on their own petard.

McCain & Lindsey single-handedly outing themselves as evil old school warmongers and unwittingly underscoring the new direction for the GOP was a wonderful and unexpected side effect of the filibuster.

I think Rand gives neocons a chance to agree with us while saving face. This probably should not be overlooked, giving others the chance to save face so they can agree with us. Most people are not secure with themselves enough to admit they are wrong and saving face is important for them.

That's a little over the top. Fox news is still horrible.

It really was perfect. They looked like aging out of touch dinosaurs. Rand looked like the new breed. That visual was not lost on people.

I personally know liberals who are always telling me a mass spiritual conscious shift and reawakening is just about to come around the corner. I always think "pfffft". Well maybe they were right. lol. /tongue-in-cheek

Wow. That was an epic monologue and a full throttled defense of the 5th (although Huck said "citizens" when it applies to "persons") but nevermind, it was great and much needed. The masses need this dumbed down explanation and Huck did a great job explaining it.
Well done Governor ! Much respect to him.
