Senator Rand Paul uttered a total of 76,470 words during his thirteen-hour-long filibuster (http://nymag.com/daily/intelligencer/2013/03/rand-paul-filibuster-word-cloud-numbers.html)on the Senate floor yesterday, and while he didn't read from the phone book, he did fill some of his time along the way by reciting passages from books and articles relating to the legality of the targeted killing of Americans on U.S. soil.
