I cannot verify the authenticity of this letter, was just reading DP and saw this there, the letter just links to a blog. Looks legit, but anyone with 30 minute on their hands and Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop could easily do this. I dunno.

It's not real. He wouldn't sign a draft, the later paragraphs aren't indented, UAV isn't defined...lawyers don't make these mistakes.

But 'that's a new question' what Megan Kelly recited from the Holder letter to Rand Paul live on TV. Holder gave the letter to corporate media first, before Rand. Hows that for your Judicial System?

This is what Holder and Obama are avoiding:

If there's an economic collapse of some sort, destitution, stife, whatever disaster hits the US... any American spotted by a drone walking down the street with a gun or any type of weapon, or say maybe one group of Americans battling another group of Americans, or even battling an oppressive militaristic Police org (remember what happen during Katrina) for whatever reason, will be targeted with government weapons of mass destruction from drones and subsequently, assassinated, without arrest/charge/courts/trials/etc.

It could be used against looters, or just an armed militia sitting in their vehicles, etc etc etc... that's what Obama/Holder are avoiding to answer.

Think of WACO or RUBY RIDGE scenario with drones at the joystick of Holder/Obama puppet-masters would handle it. We already know Fascist corporate media will push whatever propaganda government dictates to 'Seal The Deal' to manipulate the masses of justifying targeting & murdering US citizens.


We already know, Obama is imprisoning Americans without due process, because the appeals courts ruled NDAA unconstitutional. Obama administration/Holder's Dept. of Justice raced to have the court ruling a stay/overturned immediately. Appears both Obama & Holder didn't have a problem replying to the court's ruling on NDAA immediately, contrarily to answering Rand Paul's Drone questions.
