In the past, I have made efforts to excuse myself from jury duty. But now, I welcome the opportunity.

I'm not exactly sure how I will handle my duties. Depending on the law, do I make it obvious that I dont agree with the law or try to present the case that I haven't been swayed by the prosecution's argument/evidence taking into consideration the experience of Laura Kriho.

I have about two weeks to prepare myself. Wish me luck.

No defense and two working for prosecution pretty much assures your services won't be needed...but still you've had a lifetime to prepare yourself to serve in the manner as a sober juror.

Nullification has always been part of the saving grace of the jury system. To wield it improperly could destroy the very foundation.

On a more personal level you may find your more a party to any new crimes that may arise as a result of not doing your duty to all involved.

Make yourself proud and be someone you can live with.
