My factory Eagles had worn out and right before heading to the tire store to have them replaced. I stopped to smoke them before they were recycled. During the campaign, I wanted to make appearances in my "V" costume (as I did during the 2008 campaign) but many discouraged me saying it might "cast a bad light" on the election.
Turns out, the election was so badly rigged that it wouldn't have mattered so here it is FINALLY...

It takes a lot of torque to break those huge tires loose! What do you have in that thing? 5.7 or 427?

This is the "standard" 350 hp 5.7 with the 6-speed manual transmission. It is also the first corvette I've ever driven (and owned). I LOVE THESE CARS !!

Put it in the garage for a couple of years. Time will prevail. Very nice car and it will eventually fetch a pretty penny!

Automatic: step on the brake until you feel the torque converter catch (usually about 2k), mash, and around you go.
Manual: use the clutch just like an automatic torque converter... rev, dump, and around you go.
This way you break loose right away without having to worry about pavement temp and all of that.

Ya, I don't do them everyday... those tires cost about $1400 per set. The only reason you see this is because they were completely worn out. I'd be more than willing to practice more if you provide the tires... :p
